Worship is a way for Christians to show God our appreciation for Him, and it is a way to thank Him for His grace and for the gift of salvation that He has given to us. Whether we pray, sing, or praise God, it is important for us Christians to worship Him. Worshipping God and establishing a real relationship with Him brings us closer to Him. That is why it is important for Christians, whether growing Christians or mature Christians, to worship the Lord. Worshipping God is a very special part in our relationship with Him, which is why it should only be reserved for Him. It is a sin to worship idols, and it is a sin to have anything above God in our relationship with Him. Christians must worship Him and only Him, because He is the only One who is deserving of the awe-filled attention that we give Him when we worship. If God is truly important to you, then worshipping Him should be the least you can do. It is only part of your relationship with Him. Besides worshipping, Christians need to listen to God’s will, obey Him, and spread the Gospel throughout the whole world.
